The invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery, and discloses a large seed screening machine. The large seed screening machine comprises a feeding hopper, a sorting barrel and a discharging pipe, wherein the sorting barrel comprises a barrel, a feeding opening, an impurity discharging opening, a discharging opening, a screw conveyor rod and a motor; the feeding opening is formed in one end of the barrel and connected with the feeding hopper, and the discharging opening is formed in the other end of the barrel and connected with the discharging pipe; the screw conveyor rod penetrates two ends of the barrel, and the screw conveyor rod is connected with an output shaft of the motor; a telescopic screening plate is arranged in the barrel, the distance between the screening plate and the screw conveyor rod is a standard size of a seed, the screening plate is arranged below the feeding opening, the impurity discharging opening is also formed in the barrel, and the impurity discharging opening is formed on the same side of the screening plate and arranged below the screening plate. The seeds which are smaller than the standard size drop into the impurity discharging opening through a gap between the screening plate and the screw conveyor rod, and the seeds conforming to the standard enter the discharging opening after passing through a conveyor passage of the screw conveyor rod, so that the screening of the large seeds is realized, and the mechanical degree is high.
