The invention relates to a ganoderma lucidum health-care biscuit and a processing method thereof. The biscuit is prepared from the following main raw materials: flour, edible palm oil, white granulated sugar, syrup, edible ammonium bicarbonate, edible sodium bicarbonate, ganoderma lucidum composite powder, special baking milk powder and water. The ganoderma lucidum health-care biscuit is prepared in the following steps: adding the ganoderma lucidum composite powder in a known biscuit, rolling, shaping, baking, spraying oil and cooling, wherein the ganoderma lucidum composite powder is prepared from wrapping a compound of ganoderma lucidum aqueous extracts, ganoderma lucidum alcohol extracts and ganoderma lucidum superfine powder with beta-cyclodextrin slurry, so that the taste effect of the biscuit is improved to a certain extent, the heat insulating effect is good, and the damage to active substances of ganoderma lucidum in a baking process at high temperature can be effectively reduced. According to the ganoderma lucidum health-care biscuit, functional components of ganoderma lucidum are added to the biscuit, so that the ganoderma lucidum health-care biscuit has the effects of enhancing immunity and protecting the liver and is a novel health-care biscuit.
