Summary:The invention provides an imaging control device wherein it is possible to observe changes in an affected area within a body cavity. The invention also provides a storage system and a storage medium. An imaging control device is provided with an imaging control unit which controls an imaging unit to image a predetermined site within a body cavity, a comparison unit which compares the image captured by means of the imaging unit with a reference image, and a storage control unit which stores the captured image in accordance with the comparison result from the comparison unit.
