A circuit breaker switching-on and switching-off association mechanism comprises a side plate and is characterized in that a switching-on lever is installed on the side plate and can abut against a switching-on half shaft, a switching-on extending part is installed on the switching-on half shaft, a switching-on limiting convex rod extends out of the switching-on extending part and extends into a switching-on limiting hole, the switching-on limiting hole is formed in the side plate, and a switching-on half shaft reset spring is installed on the switching-on limiting convex rod. The switching-on extending part can be in contact with a switching-off extending part and is installed on a switching-off half shaft, a switching-off limiting convex rod extends out of the switching-off extending part and extends into a switching-off limiting hole, the switching-off limiting hole is formed in the side plate, and the switching-off reset spring is installed on the switching-off limiting convex rod. When the switching-off half shaft is subjected to fault trip, under-voltage power loss and locking of an off position lock or a mechanical interlock, the switching-on half shaft is locked, a false switching-on phenomenon is avoided, and the reliability and safety of a circuit breaker are improved.
