Summary:The invention provides a wind power plant theoretical power determining method with wind direction effects considered. The method comprises the following steps of extracting data of a normal-running period, and grouping the extracted data; determining a wind speed power curve table according to wind direction data of each group; combining a plurality of groups of wind speed power curve tables to form a wind direction power curve table; calculating the theoretical power of a wind turbine generator in certain time in a non-normal-running period; calculating the theoretical power of a wind power plant in certain time in the non-normal-running period. The method is simple and convenient, and adapts to various topographic conditions. Compared with a theoretical power calculation method with the wind direction not considered, the method has the advantage that under the complex topographic condition, the power calculation precision is remarkably improved. In addition, the method is based on historical data, complex atmosphere flow field calculation is not carried out, and errors introduced due to too long distance, and improper parameter or method selection in the flow field calculation process can be avoided.
