The method comprises receiving data pertaining to a recorded interaction between a test device operating system and an application on a test device, the recorded interaction being based on a user input; compiling the data pertaining to the recorded interaction in a script compiler, the data comprising human-readable action-description language; sending the compiled data comprising human-readable action-description language from the script compiler of the server to a developer device; receiving modified data from the developer device; and sending the modified data from the developer device to the test device.
