Summary: | The invention provides a lubricating oil low-pressure protecting device. A shell is divided into an upper space and a lower space through a rubber diaphragm assembly. The upper portion of the rubber diaphragm assembly is connected with a spring. The upper portion of the spring is connected with an adjusting bolt. The screw cap of the adjusting bolt extends out of the shell after the adjusting bolt is in threaded sealing connection with the shell. The shell space on the upper portion of the rubber diaphragm assembly is provided with a through hole to be connected with a control cavity connector. The shell space on the lower portion of the rubber diaphragm assembly is provided with a through hole to be connected with a main valve inlet. The lower portion of the rubber diaphragm assembly is connected with a valve base. A main valve outlet is formed in the lower face of the valve base. In the elastic deformation range of the rubber diaphragm assembly, when the rubber diaphragm assembly deforms downwards, the bottom plane of the valve base makes contact with the upper plane of the main valve outlet. According to the lubricating oil low-pressure protecting device, the structure is simple, no dead zone exists, no friction is produced, the sensitivity is high, the baffle inertia is small, the driving torque is small, dynamic response speed is high, the needed control force is small, a main valve cavity and a control cavity are connected through a connecting bolt and a locking plate, and therefore maintenance is facilitated. |
