The invention discloses a waterproof layer rebuilding construction method in repairing of a tunnel lining structure; and the method applies an organic polymer material-modified inorganic waterproof material and a spraying process to effectively combine a water meeting lining concrete base layer, a rigid waterproof coating layer and outer-layer protective concrete as a whole to form a rigid whole waterproof structure system in a rigid connecting mode through the binding power of the inorganic waterproof material and a base surface and the shear bearing capacity of a embedded steel bar reinforcement bonding surface. The method is simple in process requirement, and only requires the base surface to be compact, basically smooth and wet before the spraying. The method is simple in process, can flexibly select a spraying method and a pasting method according to the actual structure, has no special process and special equipment requirements, and is operated by a basic method of the spraying process; the defect repairing and the damage repairing of a waterproof layer are simple; and the repairing operation can be totally realized only by respraying the waterproof layer according to the normal spraying process.
