The metalized grinding paper with the optical variability effect comprises a paper base material, an optical-variability grinding layer and an aluminum coating layer. The metalized grinding paper has the color rendering effect due to interference of received light of an angle-dependent optical effect light interference layer along with different viewing angles or change of the illumination angle of a light source under the illumination of light rays. The paper is recoverable and degradable, has the fine and vivid grinding effect, and the thick metal texture, and the anti-counterfeiting performance of the metalized grinding paper is greatly improved due to combination of grinding and the optical variability effect.
