Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of spice 4-methyl-2-(2-methyl propyl)-2H-tetrahydropyrane-4-alcohol. The preparation method comprises preparation of hydroxyl rose oxide and hydrogenation, wherein the preparation of hydroxyl rose oxide comprises the following steps: adding a raw material and a catalyst, heating, adding another raw material, reacting and filtering; the hydrogenation comprises the following steps: adding raw materials and a catalyst, carrying out nitrogen-hydrogen replacement, reacting, filtering and purifying. In reaction, solid acid is used as a catalyst, no acid wastewater or alkaline wastewater is generated, and environment pollution is reduced; hydroxyl rose oxide is an intermediate product and can be purified easily; after hydrogenation, the product purity is high and the product fragrance is good; the purity of the produced prepared by the method is more than or equal to 99.2%. |
