Summary: | The invention discloses a method for flocking an uneven fabric with non-uniform density. The method comprises the following steps: shearing fluff; dyeing the fluff; carrying out electroplating treatment on the fluff; preparing a binding agent; coating the binding agent on bottom cloth according to a flocking pattern; and statically flocking. The method is characterized in that the bottom cloth which is uneven and has non-uniform density is subjected to lipophilic treatment before the binding agent is coated; and in a static flocking process, the pressure of a flocking machine is controlled to be 100kV-120kV. The method has the advantages that the bottom cloth which is uneven and has non-uniform density is subjected to lipophilic treatment before the binding agent is coated, and the fluff can be uniformly fixed on the bottom cloth by the binding agent in the static flocking process, so that the flocked whole effect is clean, uniform, and tidy; and in the static flocking process, the density and the fastness of the fluff on the flocked base cloth are optimal, and the grade of products including flocked lace fabrics and the like is improved. |
