The melt impregnation equipment for continuous fiber enhanced thermoplastic resin comprises a head and a distributor, wherein the head comprises a fixed die head and two movable die heads; a cavity for arranging and communicating the two movable die heads is formed in the fixed die head; the middle part of the cavity is 'X'-shaped; the outer end of each movable die head is square, the middle end of each movable die head is triangular, and the top end of each movable die head is arc-shaped; the middle upper part of the first movable die head of the two movable die heads and the fixed die head are provided with first impregnation runners; no clearance is formed between the middle lower part of the first movable die head and the fixed die head; no clearance is formed between the middle upper part of the second movable die head and the fixed die head, and the middle lower part of the second movable die head and the fixed die head are provided with second impregnation runners. According to the melt impregnation equipment, the technical problems of resolution to completely impregnate continuous fibers, balance of pressure and flow of a melt, uniform dispersion of the continuous fibers in the impregnation runners, control of the tension and secondary injury reduction of the fibers can be solved.
