Summary:The invention discloses an automatic separating device and method for material receiving of stamping equipment. The automatic separating device comprises a discharging hopper, a switching groove, material receiving boxes, an air cylinder and a circuit control device. The switching groove is connected below the discharging hopper in a seesaw mode, the air cylinder is connected between the switching groove and the fixing part of the stamping equipment, and the two material receiving boxes are arranged below the two ends of the switching groove respectively. The circuit control device comprises a detector, a PLC and an electromagnetic valve used for controlling the air volume of the air cylinder. The output side of the detector is connected to the PLC, and the output side of the PLC is connected to the electromagnetic valve. According to the automatic separating device and method for material receiving of the stamping equipment, due to the fact that a mechanical movement system, a pneumatic control system, a PLC control system and a punch press integrated information system are combined, unqualified parts and qualified parts can be separated automatically, and thus the defects brought by existing manual separation are overcome. The automatic separating device and method for material receiving of the stamping equipment has the advantages that the structure is simple and reliable, control and operation are convenient, efficiency is greatly improved, and the quality of the parts are steadily improved.
