Summary:The invention relates to a millstone of a vertical mill, in particular relates to a millstone of a vertical mill with a function of eliminating scrap iron deposition, and belongs to the field of millstones of slag vertical mills. A circle of wedge-shaped notches with narrow upper parts and wide lower parts are formed in the outer edge of a lining plate with equal diameters; stepped notches with narrow upper parts and wide lower parts are correspondingly formed in a millstone body below the wedge-shaped notches. The stepped notches are formed in the section of the outer edge of the millstone, and the wedge-shaped notches with the narrow upper parts and the wide lower parts are formed in the outer edge of the lining plate; the wedge-shaped notches and the stepped notches correspond to each other, so that in a rolling process of a milling roller, scrap iron falls into an air ring outer circulating system through the notches; in a production operating process of the slag vertical mill, an effect of removing the scrap iron is achieved, the scrap iron removal period is greatly prolonged, abrasion caused by the scrap iron to the millstone is alleviated, vibration which is caused by a fact that materials with higher density are stacked in the vertical mill in a running process is also reduced, and the running stability of the vertical mill is improved; moreover, the stop frequency is reduced, the artificial maintenance cost is lowered, and the economical benefit is enhanced.
