Summary: | The invention relates to highly-bacteriostatic fast-healing fiber, membrane, massive sericin based dressing and a preparation method thereof. The sericin based dressing is prepared by virtue of polymerization of globular sericin protein, a sericin crosslinking agent M1, an alkene type monomer M2, a alkene type monomer crosslinking agent M3, an initiating agent M4 and a catalyst M5. The hygroscopicity, biocompatibility, antibacterial property, oxidation resistance and effect of promoting cell adhesion and proliferation of sericin are used and the sericin and alkene type monomer are used as base materials to prepare the fiber, membrane and massive dressing by virtue of electrostatic spinning, double-network interpenetration and a dry film forming method, the defects that the conventional dressing can be penetrated by bacteria and a wound can be dehydrated and adhered easily are overcome, and the defects of low mechanical strength and antibacterial efficiency due to single use of sericin are avoided. The fiber, membrane, massive sericin based dressing disclosed by the invention have excellent antibacterial property, can promote cell proliferation to accelerate wound healing, and can be applied to wound surfaces of different types and various tissue repair, ulcer, itching, bedsores and the like. |
