Summary:The invention discloses an electric hair curler. The electric hair curler comprises a handle, a heating bar connected to the front end of the handle, a heating assembly arranged in the heating bar, a drive assembly used for driving the heating bar to rotate, and a control circuit used for controlling the drive assembly and the heating assembly. At least one hair clamping piece synchronously rotating with the heating bar is arranged on the side edge of the heating bar. Each hair clamping piece comprises a fixed part made of hard materials and an elastic part made of high-temperature resisting elastic materials, wherein the fixed part and the elastic part extend in the length direction of the heating bar from the bottom of the heating bar, and the elastic part is fixed to the fixed part and located between the fixed part and the heating bar to clamp the hair on which curling heating needs to be carried out. When the electric hair curler is used for carrying out curling heating on the hair, the hair can be easily pulled to the part between the heating bar and the hair clamping pieces, the hair curler can enable the hair to be curled and attached to the heating bar after being started, after hair curling heating, the hair curler is easily pulled open so that the curled hair can be released.
