An objective of the present invention is to enable improvement of the location precision of an electrode sheet within a bag-shaped separator in a fabrication method which employs a bagged electrode sheet. Provided is a device comprising: a first bonding unit which at least partially bonds, at a first location and in a width direction, a first separator strip and a second separator strip; a first conveyance unit which supplies the first separator strip to the first location; a second conveyance unit which supplies the second separator strip to the first location such that an angle is formed with respect to the first separator; and a third conveyance unit which supplies an electrode sheet to the first position between the first separator strip and the second separator strip in synchronization with the timing of bonding of the first separator strip and the second separator strip at the first location in the width direction such that angles are formed with the strips.
