Summary:The utility model discloses a display device comprising a curved surface display panel and a backlight module. The backlight module is corresponding to the curved surface display panel. The backlight module comprises a substrate and a plurality of light sources. The light sources are disposed on the substrate, which is provided with a reference surface. The vertical distance between the reference surface and the curved surface display panel is gradually reduced from the center to the two sides. The light sources are used to generate one light field, and the light intensity distribution of the light field is in direct ratio to cos2 theta j, and the theta j is equal to sin-1(Pj/R), the Pj is the distance between one position of the light field and the center of the light field, and the Pj is in a range from zero to L. The L is a half of the length of the backlight module, and the R is the radius of curvature of the curved surface display panel.
