The invention relates to high-efficiency clean fuel oil. The clean fuel oil consists of 60-70% of national standard oil, 2-10% of methanol, 2-10% of flavianic acid, 2-6% of mixed benzene, 0.5-1% of ammonia water and 0.5-1% of cetane number. The clean fuel oil solves the technical problem of low usage efficiency of fuel oil in the prior art, and the fuel oil has the characteristics of no corrosion, environmental protection, no pollution and energy conservation. The fuel oil has the following advantages: first, an engine does not need to be reformed, the fuel oil can be mixed with commercial diesel for use without the limitation of proportion, and the fuel oil can also be used independently; second, when the fuel oil is compounded, the technology is simple, raw materials are rich, the cost is low, pollution is not generated, and the fuel oil is easy to popularize and apply in a large scale; third, the fuel has favorable economy, safety, practicality and stability; fourth, when the fuel oil is compounded, waste gas, waste water and waste residues are not produced.
