Summary: | The invention relates to a preparation method for carboxymethyl chitosan and belongs to the field of food additives and preparation methods thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding an organic solvent into commercial chitosan to prepare suspension liquid, and adding an alkaline solution and chloroacetic acid while stirring; (2) performing microwave radiation on mixed liquid in a microwave oven for a few minutes; (3) freezing the mixed liquid, adjusting the pH value of the mixed liquid to be 7 by glacial acetic acid, and filtering a mixture after reaction; (4) washing a solid product by an organic solution, and drying in vacuum to obtain fibrous powder which is carboxymethyl chitosan. According to the preparation method, the microwave radiation process is adopted for replacing a conventional heating method, so that the heating efficiency can be improved, the reaction time is greatly shortened, and the reaction yield is properly increased; through experimental determination, the carboxymethylation degree is 97%, the product yield is 93%, and the carboxymethylation degree exceeds the carboxymethyl chitosan product standard in China. |
