The body builder is characterized in that two fixed pulleys which can slide left and right are mounted on the horizontal bar, ropes are respectively arranged on the fixed pulleys in a penetrating manner, a grip is mounted at one end of each rope, and climbers are mounted at the other end of each rope; protective hoods are arranged at the peripheries of the fixed pulleys; the climbers are coated with a layer of soft substances; a plurality of grips are arranged. Through the adoption of the body builder disclosed by the invention, two hands and two feet of a body building user are connected with four ends of the two ropes, the user can use effort to decide to stand or invert, so that the body builder disclosed by the invention not only has the advantages of body building and joy, but also can be used as the horizontal bar for physical exercise.
