The invention relates to an electrombile anti-theft lock, in particular to a control device of an electrombile intelligent drum brake anti-theft lock. The control device comprises a central control chip, wherein the central control chip and pins connected with a driving safety protection circuit are designed like that: when the pins are in high level, the other functions are turned off. During driving, a motor coil detects that the circuit is in high level, and the circuit is led to the central control chip through filtering by a current limit resistor, a rectifier diode and a filter capacitor and voltage stabilizing by a voltage stabilizing diode, and passing through a second current limit resistor; the central control chip and the pins connected with the driving safety protection circuit are in high level, the other functions are turned off; now, even a latching key of the electronic key is pressed down, the phenomenon of latching the anti-theft lock is not generated; the driving safety can be guaranteed. When the electrombile stops, the driving safety protection circuit keeps low level, and the other functions can be normally used.
