The invention relates to a lighting device. The lighting device comprises a lamp body, an LED (light-emitting diode) module and a lampshade. By means of correlation parameter design of the lampshade and the LED module, such as width of the lampshade, height of the lamp and light emitting angle of the LED module, light uniformity of the lampshade of the lighting device is more than 70% after light transmits from the LED module. Therefore, the lighting device can provide light sources with more than 70% light uniformity of the surface of the lampshade, convert the light sources from point light sources to uniform plane light sources, effectively reduce characteristic of concentration of the LED module when people use the lighting device, improve uneven distribution of the luminosity of the lampshade, and overcome the poor lighting uniformity of the surface of the lampshade of the lighting device and poor aesthetic problems.
