The invention relates to a system for preventing an automobile from being soaked in water and the automobile. The system comprises a control device, an inflation device and an airbag device, wherein the control device comprises a controller and a water level sensor; the inflation device comprises an air compressor; the airbag device comprises more than one airbag; an inflation interface and a deflation interface are formed in each airbag; the inflation interfaces of the airbags are connected with the air compressor through a pipeline component; deflation valves are connected to the deflation interfaces of the airbags; the water level sensor and the air compressor are electrically connected with the controller respectively. According to the system and the automobile, a water level signal of a position where the automobile is located is detected by the water level sensor, and then is automatically judged whether to reach or exceed a safety value or not by the controller, so that a mechanism for preventing the automobile from being soaked in water is automatically started to enable the inflation device to inflate the airbags, and sufficient buoyancy is provided for the automobiles by the airbags to prevent the automobile from being soaked in water.
