Summary:The invention discloses a tension roller control method for ensuring the stability of the tension of strip steel on a processing line. The method comprises the following steps: (1) receiving the yield strength and thickness parameters of the strip steel operated on the processing line through a PLC (programmable logic controller); (2) setting the moment control parameter Qn of a tension roller of the PLC according to the parameters; and (3) when the strip steel on the processing line is operated at a constant speed, setting adjusting factors A as the minimum value to control a moment controller of the tension roller; when the strip steel is in acceleration or deceleration, increasing all the adjusting factors A of the moment controller of the tension roller; and when the accelerated speed of the strip steel which is in the acceleration or the deceleration is over the dead zone range of the changes of the accelerated speed, setting the adjusting factors A of the moment controller of the tension roller as the maximum value. The method can be used for ensuring the stability of the tension of the tension roller, and preventing the product quality from being affected by the tension vibration. The method can be widely applied to the technical field of the production of the strip steel.
