The tray body (20) is provided with: a closed-end, cylindrically shaped constricted section (30) having an inner bottom surface (32) serving as a culture surface; a cylindrically shaped, large-diameter opening section (40); and a connection section (50) for connecting the constricted section (30) and the opening section (40). The opening section (40) has the same outer diameter as a general-purpose culture tray. The support member (60) is formed in an annular shape and has the same outer diameter as the general-purpose culture tray. The culture tray (10) has the same height as the general-purpose culture tray.
