Summary: | The invention relates to an on-line carbon fiber stability monitoring device and an on-line carbon fiber stability monitoring method. The device comprises a bracket, a power supply, a measurer, a positive electrode roller and a negative electrode roller, wherein the positive electrode roller and the negative electrode roller are fixedly arranged on the bracket and are arranged in sequence along the running direction of carbon fibers; the positive electrode roller is connected with a positive electrode of the power supply; the negative electrode roller is connected with a negative electrode of the power supply; insulating materials are arranged between the positive electrode roller and the bracket and between the negative electrode roller and the bracket; the positive electrode roller is connected with a positive electrode of the measurer; the negative electrode roller is connected with a negative electrode of the measurer. According to the on-line monitoring device disclosed by the invention, the technical problems that an existing carbon fiber test device and an existing carbon fiber test method can only detect products delivered from a production line, cannot realize long-term full detection and is low in timeliness are solved; by virtue of the change of resistance, the product stability is evaluated; on-line monitoring is realized, and nondestructive examination on the product and effective judgment on the stability are guaranteed. |
