The invention provides a new 9-alkyl-5,8,9,10-tetrahydro-4H-7-oxa-2,3,9,11b-tetraza-cyclopentadiene [a] anthracene compound (I) and a synthetic method thereof, and relates to an application of the compound in the preparation of an anti-inflammatory agent.
