Summary: | An optical fiber DNA molecule sensor based on an inclined raster comprises a silica optical fiber serving as transmission media, an inclined raster part inscribed on the silica optical fiber and a source DNA molecule probe decorated through the existing silanization technology at the inclined optical raster part, namely ssDNA, wherein a wideband light source used for providing light signals is arranged at one end of the silica optical fiber, a spectrograph is arranged at the other end of the silica optical fiber to detect the spectral change of the wideband light source after the wideband light source passes through the silica optical fiber and the inclined raster part, and the silica optical fiber comprises a wrapping layer and a fiber core. The inclined raster serves as a sensing element, and the optical fiber DNA molecule sensor has the advantages of being high in flexibility, small in size, resistant to corrosion, low in thermo-sensitive intersectionality, resistant to electromagnetic interference and the like. |
