The invention relates to an oil sampler. According to a conventional sampling method, oil is sampled by being pumped into a beaker from an oil barrel directly by using an oil tube. The conventional sampling method has two disadvantages that the sample amount is not accurate and the oil product is liable to have secondary pollution. A technical solution provided by the invention is composed of an oil-receiving tray and a support which are fixed together, and a crude oil sampler, a diesel oil purifier and an absolute oil sampler which are fixed on the support and communicated through the oil tube. Three-way switches are installed at one side of the crude oil sampler and the absolute oil sampler; one way of the three-way switch on the absolute oil sampler is connected with a manual oil pump; and one way of the three-way switch on the crude oil sampler is connected with an electric pump. With the oil sampler provided by the invention, the oil can be sampled accurately, no waste or secondary pollution is produced; and the oil is pumped through the manual oil pump or an automatic pump and can be sampled conveniently and rapidly.
