Summary: | The invention discloses a gas cupola furnace, which comprises a furnace body, wherein the bottom part of the furnace body is provided with support reduction balls, the support reduction balls are used for supporting furnace material and overheating and reducing the melted iron liquid, the furnace material is charged above the support reduction balls, the part, corresponding to the furnace material, of the furnace body is provided with a first row of burners, the part, corresponding to the area for holding the support reduction balls, of the furnace body is provided with a second row of burners, and the first row of burners and the second row of burners are respectively connected with an oxygen-rich gas inlet pipe and a hot air inlet pipe. The gas cupola furnace has the advantages that the furnace material in the furnace body is heated and melted by the first row of burners, and the melted iron liquid is overheated and reduced by the support reduction balls, so by adopting the structure type, the furnace material can be melted at high efficiency, and the temperature of iron liquid reaches 1,500-1,550 DEG C; in addition, the support reduction balls are stacked at the bottom part of the furnace body, so the support by a water cooling grate is not needed, and the safety hidden hazards in the production process of the existing cupola furnace are eliminated. |
