Summary: | The invention discloses a control method for a shifting actuator of a double-clutch automatic transmission. The putting-into-gear control method comprises the following steps: opening a flow control valve, and delaying for a preset first period of time and then opening a pressure control valve; adjusting the flow control valve and the pressure control valve until detecting that a shifting fork reaches a selected putting-into-gear position; then, delaying for a preset second period of time and then closing the pressure control valve, and delaying for a preset third period of time and then closing the flow control valve. Based on the characteristics of a hydraulic electromagnetic valve, the control method adopts a control way of combining pressure with flow, so that the shifting actuator can be controlled well. The control method can ensure the shifting speed, and at the same time can effectively reduce various impacts generated in the shifting process and improve shifting conform. |
