Summary:The invention discloses a coal blending method for controlling the basicity index of coking coal. The coal blending method comprises the following steps: 1, measuring the coalification degree and the coke optical tissue structure of the coking coal, measuring the ash composition, and calculating the basicity index; 2, dividing the coking coal into four big classes and sixteen small classes according to the coalification degree, the coke optical tissue structure and the basicity index; 3, blending all classes of coking coal, and controlling the basicity index MBI of blended coal not bigger than 2, wherein the sum of isotropic tissue and anisotropic tissue of which the isochrome zone is smaller than 2 micrometers in the coke optical tissue is 5-30%, the content of anisotropic tissue of which the isochrome zone is 2-7 micrometers is 15-30%, the content of anisotropic tissue of which the isochrome zone is 7-30 micrometers is 15-30%, and the content of silk carbon, fragments and anisotropic tissue of which the isochrome zone is bigger than or equal to 30 micrometers is 30-40%. The coalification degree, the coke optical tissue structure and the basicity index are used as coal quality evaluation and classification indexes, the coal is blended according to the indexes, coal blending coking tests do not need to be carried out, and the strength after coke thermal reaction is stabilized.
