Summary: | A phase instrument for controlling flight of helicopters is disclosed and belongs to the field of mechanical structures. The phase instrument is characterized in that the phase instrument comprises a phase-instrument shell, joint assemblies, locking gaskets, a universal joint assembly and plugs; the universal joint assembly is installed at the center of an annular structure of the phase-instrument shell, two ends of a universal joint shell in the universal joint assembly are respectively connected with the plug and one joint assembly opposite to the plug; the outer sides of two input support arm installation holes of the phase-instrument shell and three output joint installation holes of the phase-instrument shell are respectively in thread connection with one joint assembly, and the outer side of each installation hole and the corresponding joint assembly are locked tightly via the locking gasket installed therebetween; and the outer side of a universal-joint assembly bearing installation hole is in thread connection with one plug, and the outer side of the installation hole and the plug are locked tightly via the locking gasket installed therebetween. Phase shift can be performed on an input motion through a pure mechanical mechanism, and the multiplexed-output motion phase can be arbitrarily arranged, thereby facilitating arrangement of a subsequent mechanism. |
