Summary:The invention relates to a surface mounting method of an anti-stabbing tyre, a surface mount system and an application method of the surface mount system. The surface mounting method comprises the following steps: (1) expanding a tyre bead of a tyre; and (2) mounting a self-sealing layer rubber piece on the inner surface of the tyre and firmly sticking the self-sealing layer rubber piece to the tyre by extruding. The surface mount system comprises a transmission mechanism, a rubber pressing mechanism, a rubber guiding mechanism, a tyre expanding mechanism and a rack; the transmission mechanism comprises a bottom plate, a transmission roller, a chain and a motor; the rubber pressing mechanism comprises a pressing roller, a pressing rod, a first air cylinder, a first connection rod and a second air cylinder; the rubber guiding mechanism comprises a second connection rod, a rubber piece, a rubber guiding roller and a guiding rod; and the tyre expanding mechanism comprises an expanding roller frame, an expanding roller rod, an expanding roller, a third air cylinder and a pedal valve. The surface mount system is simple in structure and reasonable in design; the tyre and the rubber piece, which are independently molded, can be mounted together by the mutual effect of all the mechanisms; and the production efficiency is high, the cost is low and the operation is convenient.
