The invention provides a mobile flame tapper. The mobile flame tapper comprises a base, a liftable lifting frame, a transverse support, an upper support, a positioning frame, a radius-adjustable rotating arm and a cutting torch, wherein a plurality of wheels are mounted below the base, the liftable lifting frame is mounted on the base, the transverse support is supported by the lifting frame, and the height of the transverse support can be adjusted via the lifting frame, the upper support is mounted on the transverse support via a horizontal moving mechanism, and the horizontal position of the upper support can be adjusted via the horizontal moving mechanism; the positioning frame is detachably mounted on the upper support and provided with a positioning portion matched with the edges of members in shape, the radius-adjustable rotating arm is mounted on the upper support, the upper support is provided with a vertical moving mechanism, and the vertical position of the rotating arm can be adjusted via the vertical moving mechanism; the cutting torch is mounted at the end of the rotating arm. The mobile flame tapper is movable freely and the members in various shapes can be aligned quickly by the positioning frame.
