The composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of antrodia sporocarp extract, 10-25 parts of antrodia mycelium extract and 60-80 parts of lucid ganoderma sporocarp extract. The composition comprises 10-17 percent by weight of a triterpene compound. Fat-soluble extracts of two types of fungi are mixed in a proper ratio to form the composition, the anti-tumor effect of the unit value composition is greatly improved, the content of tumor markers can be remarkably reduced, the economic burden of tumor patients can be reduced, and body injury caused by excessive residues when over lucid ganoderma medicines are taken can be avoided.
