The diapause aphidoletes aphidimyza pupae obtained by the induction method are stored in the absence of light at the temperature of 4-6 DEG C, the storage time is as long as 150 days, average eclosion rate after diapause relief is up to 75%, reproductive cost can be lowered remarkably by using the method for producing the aphidoletes aphidimyza, the diapause aphidoletes aphidimyza can be produced massively designedly in non-application season, after being stored to application season, the diapause aphidoletes aphidimyza is released from diapause to be applied to field, and product supply quantity of limited reproduction shops can be increased by more than three times.
