Summary:The invention discloses a tissue culture and rapid propagation method for eucalyptus urophydis DH32-26 varieties. The tissue culture and rapid propagation method is realized through the steps of explant establishing, explant disinfection, primary culture, subculture, rooting culture, domestication, transplanting and the like; a special culture medium is selected for primary culture, subculture and rooting culture, and reasonable domestication measures are adopted, so that the transplanted eucalyptus urophydis is rapid in growth and high in survival rate, and the aims of high propagation coefficient and good propagation effect are achieved. Meanwhile, the method disclosed by the invention is low in production cost, is an effective path for tissue culture and rapid propagation of a eucalyptus, and is wide in application range; and the genetic characters of the obtained tissue culture seedlings are consistent.
