Summary: | A method for producing optoelectronic components and a device for producing optoelectronic components. A method for producing optoelectronic components is provided in various embodiments, the method comprising: spraying a phosphor layer of an optoelectronic component onto a substrate (104), wherein the material or the material mixture of the phosphor layer has an electrical charge during the spraying-on operation, and wherein the electrically charged material or the at least partially electrically charged material mixture has a greater electric potential during the spraying-on of the phosphor layer than at least one region of the substrate (104); and wherein the thickness of the phosphor layer of the sprayed-on phosphor material is locally adjusted on the substrate (104) by means of an electric potential gradient during the spraying-on of the phosphor layer. |
