Summary:The invention belongs to the technical field of spaceflight ground test recovery, in particular relates to an airbag buffer recovery device. The external of the device is a cylindrical airbag body, and the internal is equally divided into six air chambers through six air chamber separation walls; the adjacent air chambers are communicated through air holes; and exhaust mechanisms are respectively arranged on the airbag bodies of the externals of all the air chambers. The exhaust mechanisms consist of springs and aluminum plates; when the internal pressure of the airbag bodies is higher than the set tensile force of the springs, the springs are stretched, the aluminum plates leave from the airbag bodies, and air in the airbag bodies is exhausted; and otherwise, the aluminum plates and the airbag bodies are closed. Pressure sensors are additionally mounted on the airbag bodies of the externals of all the air chambers. The device is used in a booster separation test for the first time to successfully solve the recovery difficulty of separated bodies with large size, large mass and high impulse, to largely save the model number task development expenditure and period and to guarantee the controllability of overload impact received by the separated bodies in the recovery process; and after the test is finished, the airbag buffer recovery device is small in size, is less in occupied space, and is conveniently stored and managed.
