Summary: | The invention relates to the field of animal fur processing and particularly relates to an oxidation dyeing method utilizing potassium permanganate as a medium. The oxidation dyeing method comprises the following steps: preprocessing raw material fur, and carrying out wool opening by virtue of a first mixing water solution containing sodium carbonate, ammonia water and a degreasing agent; washing; soaking the washed raw material fur for 20-40 minutes by virtue of a water solution containing potassium permanganate and a penetrating agent, adding lactic acid, continuously soaking, and carrying out oxidation dyeing after the soaking; washing the dyed raw material fur for eliminating a flooding phenomenon, carrying out retanning, drying, adding oil, standing, dry washing, and dry shoveling, so as to obtain finished products. According to the oxidation dyeing method, the potassium permanganate is utilized for replacing toxic potassium dichromate to serve as a medium auxiliary during the oxidation dyeing, the thicknesses and pores of obtained oxidation films are uniform, and the colors of the dyed fur are uniform; furthermore, the process is safe and reliable to operate, the environmental pollution is effectively reduced, and the obtained fur is safe and harmless to human bodies. |
