Summary: | The invention belongs to the field of molecular biology and in particular relates to novel application of miR-200b in preparation of a Rac-1 protein expression inhibitor. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a new rat hypoxic-ischemic brain damage model, performing miRNA agonists or antagonist transfection in corresponding groups, and respectively performing overexpression and low expression on miR-200b. The result proves that the Rac-1 protein expression is reduced after transfection of miR-200b, and the Rac-1 protein expression is further improved after antagonism of miR-200b. The result indicates that miR-200b takes participate in effect of repairing the hypoxic-ischemic brain damage by regulating the expression of the Rac-1 protein. The invention provides novel application of the miR-200b, which can be used for effectively regulating expression of the Rac-1 protein, and has significant clinical application values. |
