Summary: | The invention discloses a shaftless synchronous device for a color printer and a drying stove, and belongs to transmission devices. The device structurally comprises a motor, a speed reducer, a timing belt pulley, an electronic coder, a variable-frequency governor and a controller, wherein the motor is connected with the speed reducer through the timing belt pulley, the timing belt pulley is arranged on an output shaft at the rear end of the speed reducer, a left chain wheel in transmission connection with the drying stove is arranged at an output shaft at the left end of the speed reducer, a third belt pulley is arranged on an input shaft at the front end of the speed reducer and connected with a fourth belt pulley through a belt, and the fourth belt pulley is connected with the electronic coder; one end of the variable-frequency governor is connected with the controller, and the other end of the variable-frequency governor is connected with the motor; the electronic coder is connected with a host computer of the color printer, and the controller and the host computer of the color printer are connected with a host synchronous switch respectively. The shaftless synchronous device for the color printer and the drying stove has the characteristics that the color printer and the drying stove can be operated independently, the color printer and the drying stove can be switched quickly in commissioning and synchronous modes, the stability of iron sheet transmission is guaranteed and the like. |
