Summary:The invention discloses a strip steel processing line uncoiling area tension control method which comprises the following steps: (1) receiving the yield strength and thickness parameters of the operating strip steel on a processing line by a PLC; (2) setting the uncoiler torque control parameter Qn of the PLC according to the previous parameters; and (3) controlling an uncoiler torque controller by setting a regulation coefficient A to be a minimum value when the strip steel on the processing line operates at constant speed, increasing the regulation coefficient A of all uncoiler torque controllers when the strip steel is decelerated, and setting the regulation coefficient A of all the uncoiler torque controllers to be a maximum value when the accelerated speed of the accelerated and decelerated strip steel exceeds the acceleration change dead space range. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the tension of the uncoiler can be stable, the influence of tension oscillation on the product quality is avoided, and the method can be widely applied to the technical field of strip steel production.
