Summary:A friction resistant performance qualitative evaluation method of a paper printing ink printing layer comprises the following steps: a printability tester is provided, the printability tester comprises a coating roller and a paper clamping roller which are matched with each other, a paper pattern is fixed on the paper clamping roller surface of the printability tester, the printability tester is started to use the coating roller to coat the paper pattern surface with printing ink so as to form the printing ink printing layer on the paper pattern surface; the coating roller matched with the paper clamping roller is replaced by a friction roller, the printability tester is started to use the friction roller to rub the printing ink printing layer so as to form friction marks on the printing ink printing layer; and the friction resistant performance of the paper pattern printing ink printing layer can be qualitatively evaluated according to the friction marks formed on the paper pattern printing ink printing layer. On the above basis, the invention also provides the friction resistant performance qualitative evaluation method of the paper printing ink printing layer. Compared with the prior art, the method achieves a dual-purpose in one machine and is cost saving.
