Summary:The invention discloses a discharging device for a rubber plug or aluminum cover charging pot. The discharging device for the rubber plug or aluminum cover charging pot comprises an engine base and a two-dimensional planar motion mechanism which is installed on the engine base and used for driving the charging pot and a discharge hole to be in butt joint, wherein the two-dimensional planar motion mechanism comprises three motion units and is at least provided with a rectilinear motion unit and a rotational motion unit. The discharging device for the rubber plug or aluminum cover charging pot is simple in structure, low in cost and accurate in positioning and can achieve automatic discharging.
