Firstly, a female parent U16(Eucalyptusurophylla) and a male parent G46(Eucalyptusgrandis) are taken as parents; and the Eucalyptus urophylla*E.grandis clone DH32-43 variety which is consistent in phenotypic expression, stable in inheritance and does not have segregation of character is obtained after castration and bagging, pollen collection, artificial pollination, removal and bagging, seed collection and sowing, and breeding. The variety is characterized in that the leaf base of nursery stock is slightly wide in a seedling stage, blades are sharp and long, edges are in the shape of microwaves, terminal buds are dark red, veins are clear and do not protrude, and stems of seedlings are longer than other products in a young seedling stage; and the Eucalyptus urophylla*E.grandis clone DH32-43 variety has the characteristics of straight trunk shape, uniform forest form, small branches, no diseases and insect pests, large annual average amount of growing stock and obvious economic benefit, and is suitable for large-area and wide-range promotion and planting.
