The invention discloses an electronic commerce information processing method, an electronic commerce server and an electronic invoice server. The method comprises the steps that a preset encryption algorithm is utilized for encrypting order information generated by an electronic commerce platform, and therefore an encryption message is generated; a preset digital certificate is called to carry out digital signature on the encryption message, and a signature message is generated; the signature message is sent to the electronic invoice server to be processed by the electronic invoice server, and therefore order information is obtained. The encryption algorithm provided by an electronic invoice platform is utilized for encrypting the order information, the encrypted message is signed, and finally the order information is obtained through signature verification and decryption processing by the electronic commerce server. According to the electronic commerce information processing method, the electronic commerce server and the electronic invoice server, safety in the information processing process is greatly improved, safety encryption equipment, a dedicated network and the like are not needed, and the cost is reduced.
