A backlight structure comprises a back plate. Luminous bodies are arranged on the back plate, protruding structures are arranged on the back plate, and the luminous bodies are arranged on the protruding structures correspondingly. The protruding structures can be either strip protrusions or multiple concentric ring tables arranged concentrically. The invention further provides a liquid crystal display screen comprising the backlight structure. By the backlight structure, the luminous bodies are fixed on the back plate with a curved surface, so that parameters of light-emitting angle of lamp beads, light source density and the like are changed, light source uniformity is benefited, light blending efficiency is improved, and direct type backlight thickness is reduced.
